This would be super freaking ceepy if there were like people in the window lol. But anyway, absolutely amazing!
thank you very much fellows for such a warm welcome! i heard some of you checked it in-game, thanks for that (i didn't know it takes registration to see the game world, but hope you dont regret it and will enjoy your stay there).
adarias, i didnt know the vocabulary so thanks for that (always nice to get to know some new things) but ive been always wondering what was the name of this triangular front top. :) i remember they were teaching me the name in my primary school (together with the 3 basic column styles -- something you remember for your whole life i guess :)), but never checked.
actually, together will my fellow pixel artist, DE, were making more monuments you find in Lviv so the game world is going to be really detailed. and there will be some place to finally put leel in there :) didnt know shes ukrainian, hope she will get to see the game :)
cheers!
Quite detailed for such a huge piece. Black outline me like!
Looks like something straight out of Fallout, really fantastic. Haha must've taken a while, 2368x928!
You've got to create an account really quick - you don't even need to confirm it, so just use any old name and random password that you won't care about if you only plan on using it to look at the art. Soon as you finish the quick create account form the enter game button appears.
Elk - i think this is composed of tiles.
Architecture vocab of the day - the "front top" is called typanum, itself the interior of the pediment, which rests atop the horizontal cornice, itself above the frieze (not present here), which together with the architrave (piece spanning the collums) make up the entablature. It features a roundel, or decorated+recessed circular region. The "tower" is called a lantern, crowned by a small cupola (lesser dome).
:)
If post apocolyptic images were desserts, this would be creme brulee.
Not too bad, but alot of copy paste work and edits afterwards :) what I like the most is the typography part on the front top and the tower
OMG THATS AMAZING! how long did it took for you to create it? love the dilapidated feel to it
Baha! It's now in English! I was walking around admiring everything in-game. (Except the character doesn't meet the quality of the rest)
Excellent piece. The textures are awesome.
Yeah you have to create an account before the "Enter Game" button appears. Very nice btw!
Nice work, my only critique is the shadow cast onto the left-most pillar. It arcs upwards instead of down...
Everything is amazing, so falloutish and lovely, just the walking animation is prolly unfinished.
thank you all! :)
hehe i changed the description since i see you have some trouble with finding the in-game version. hope that clears things out.
In a way, you handle your colors like a watercolorist, especially in the roof. I love it!
A mighty fine job :)
Never did find the ENTER button :(
great use of textures and colors, I am really liking all the little details!
thank you guys,
cure: the button is in the top right corner, check under the login/password forms. actually, it's 'ENTER GAME'. ;)
if you walk around (in the current alpha you can float over the buildings, like with the 'noclip' mode; they haven't fixed that yet) a bit, you can find factories that were influenced by this iso factory by mia, thanks for such an association :)
Oh my god O_O" wow that's huge and beautiful ! awesome pic :P 7/7
am i retarded for being unable to find this "enter the game" button?
great pixel piece btw, excellent textures and good color choices. reminds me of that iso factory by miascugh a bit.
Tylko pozazdrościć :)
