Wooden stick can't be seen outside of ice cream block, only if ice cream is transparent.

Look at a real tree for reference. And look closely to pics which are still in following thread - they may give ideas how to draw a tree properly:

Could you say that a differant way? I think you mean that the trunk is to wide but I'm not a tree expert

Trunk can't be outside the crown.
