Nice use of skinny anatomy :) If I was to nitpick in a totally unecessary fashion, I'd say that perhaps his chest muscles are way too defined for a guy this skinny. But I won't 8D

That's a lot of dither. But well nothing seems wrong (maybe except the 2 px dither between the eye and nose.)
I especially liked the effect on the hair. The right hand seems chopped, since that sharp thing doesn't look like a thumb. With my new point, 5/6.
