While your technique is not terribly good, but the picture itself is very very nice!

If you are open to suggestion, I would advise you not to put a darkened buffer zone around the drawing. The outlines look 'greasy', most notably on the brows and the coat. Also the character has AA but the background doesn't. Cheers! Keep up the good work.

 That's a real WARHEAD! 

Though the dithering in the sky is distracting here for some reason (makin it more solid would make me happy). 

P.S.: In the moment I'm workin on iso model of SS-27 Sickle B missle launcher.

its nice, cool perspective and i rly like the background, the shading on the rocketguy seems very pillowish though ...

heres an edit, .....

• changed the shading and set a blueish lightsource from below to create a more mystical sphere
• made it lighter in the distance to create more depth
• some dirty  selective-outlineness on the face

 Epic.
