I think you should remove the "step" effect that the black lines on the legs create.

Bhah, its 2 minutes of pixel :D Old piece too, very old. Just had nothing to do with it, so, I a decided to waste somebodys webspace.

Looks good so far, but there are a few things I don't like. Firstly, the lines should only be a pixel thick. His right arm seems oddly bent, or something like that.
