This is really nice.  The more I look at, the more I appreciate it.   The only thing a bit off would be to make the sleeves sit more naturally.  Some how they seem stiff or something.  Could just be a style thing.  Looks pretty pro to me.  Other that that, perfect!

Yes, the sword is a little bit difficult to see at first glance, but I tried to use green in it and i didn't like the result at all, so I prefered to leave it that way. Using less green in the shogun's outfit would probably cause a readability problem with the background landscape, I think.

Very good! The blade is not immediately readable, maybe using green there and less elsewhere would help. It should jump to the viewer's eye!

That's nice. I reckon that you could use the dark purple to fade out the points of the stars against the dark background.
