I think you should just add a little shading on the legs

Your progress on this piece is really amazing.  The slow stroll is so much smoother than where you started.  THe head movement would definitely help complete the piece.

 Yea, you're right about all that. I planned to make his head move, I just forgot about it :P
And I kind of hate the hair. Taking out the grey might help.
About the animations, let's just say we have something up our sleeves (got hella work to do :P)

I love it. I would say, don't add any shading and maybe take out one of the shades from the highlights on his hair. That way it would be easy to make the game have a ton of animation. Perhaps you should make his hair and head move a little bit too. Like his head could turn a little as he walks or something. The animation is smooth, but it could be a bit faster.
