The sky doesn't change. The huge celestial object the moon is, just never seems to change it's place in sky. It shaking around would add a camera wobble effect, but I didn't really want that. 

just one question though...why is the moon still?

 Well I don't know why he'd hurt himself by shooting his own tail off, but okay! xD

It's supposed to be more of a chase in which the red guy tries to loose his "tail". :]
