here are a few tips

make him go up and down instead of side to side. (up when the wings are down and down when the wings are up.)

make the light shade on the spear lighter. i would also make the wings swing furhtur down which could be accomidated by adding frames. one last thing, you might want to make the tellow eye darker because it reads as white.
