 Nice job!  Only things I'd change are the goo and the position of the nipples on the woman to the right (normal ones don;t point that way ).

 Nice piece and great idea. The only thing that bothers me here - the pipes. There is something wrong with their geometry and shading.

Hope the banner was accepted by the client.

Clent who commision isometric pieces love really busy scenes. The client surely loves it.

I like the banner too but, I would have colored the green ooze a bit more as they look too flat and almost unfinished.
