Hehe nice idea, also the mouth/eye part (can it be called a head?) of the monster looks quite cool. The details like the teddy bear gives taste. On the lower tentacle of the monster there's some high amount of banding. Maybe you could change the thickness of the color lines or even remove some of the colors used there.

Still kind of hrd to read cake.

I lve the shadow the teddy and hand make. I like the inner image! I like the colours. A few things like the tail confuse me but othewise great entry!

That cake is a lie, nah just kidding, highlighted it more. 

So the poor guy inside might still have his last wish fulfilled.

Well done! The cake is low on contrast in a high contrast environment, and thus hard to see.
