Bitching about a dragon design having 3 heads is incredibly stupid, it's extremely common for some dragon designs to have 3 heads d:
However; a dragon having muscles, no wings, and no tail kinda does not help it look dragon like d:

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound rude.
But dragons doesn't have six-packs, they are reptile animals. And they don't have 3 heads, atleast what I know of, that's a hydra thing. Then they have tails and wings. But you did a very orginial creation here and it's not that bad.
I must admit I didn't read Dragon however it's still an interesting monster and nowhere nere the worst I have seen.
I thnk it's got style and charm, even if the 8-pack looks odd.

SpaceSalmon is in another world... This work is awesome and I favorited. Love the colours, love the elements. I agree it would be cool with wings, but it's still awesome without. 
You HAVE GOT to be kidding! Worst design? This is not a bad design. If you're going to speak negatively about something then use constructive criticism instead. Bashing is just rude - He worked hard on this piece and not everyone thinks your way.

It's not immediatly reconizable as a dragon, but the color transitions are good, and the palette is nice.
Some wings might be nice =B

Possibly the worst dragon design I have ever seen. That's bad because you do so much other cool stuff.
