I had to rush to get it in on time.

So thats why it doesn't look finished

 It was pretty good up until the point where the snot ghost takes form and exits stage left.

the monsters/ghost/whatever looks incomplete

Attack of the killer booger slimes. =P

I think some shading on the ghoul would improve this a lot. Especially considering the BG is more detailed.

I like the preview more than the piece itself.
