with 109 colors in such a small image it's technically indistinguishable from a general 24-bit image; thus it challenges the definition of pixelart. This image could be done with about 25 colors wihout any quality loss.
The rendition itself is very good, but you have some serious banding going on (esp. on the left side). Some AA would also be nice in places. If those concepts are new to you, don't be afraid to ask.

Indeed, it looks like your colors got a bit out of hand somehow. I'm gonna send this back for now; I hope you'll see if you can clean it up and resubmit it as we'd love to have it in the gallery!
