It's hard to see the details with the dark BG. Agreed that a lighter BG colour is in requirement.

I can see the artwork just fine, but I still do agree with the other guys.  It's pretty tough too see him *clearly*.

You have a really interesting style, I like it.

well... if you make the background transparent you can be halfway to a clear view of the character...
