I am so inspired by this from Stickman... http://www.pixeljoint.com/files/icons/full/sketchgirl_and_doodledog.gif I love how the layers are at different speeds just like true backgrounds and foregrounds that you see whilst sitting on a train for example, and looking out the window. Anyway, this is my attempt with a tank. MS Paint, Giffy, Unfreez.
