You might try better color management. There are 33 (incl transp), here's an edit with 23, there is almost no visible difference! It would be possible to go down to 16 with a little reworking; the point being to achieve a better image unification. Try some restricted palette challenge someday!
Agree about dithering: it just doesn't help. It's not really bad on your pieces because they're large and are best viewed at 100%, but for a majority of PA meant for 200%, uncontrolled dithering just adds ugly noise, unwanted sharp planes and transitions.
If you feel you need a transition color and you can't find it in your piece, just add one!
Dithering is more helpful to add controlled textures and other refining stuff, litterally pixel by pixel.
Last, there is some weirdness about the face shading (do you practice sketching from life?) and a stray pixel at 2 o'clock.
