I was going to enter the Modern-Day RPG Mockup challenge. Might still... but it's looking grim. I'm just not really coming up with a good way to represent the setting, especially in 32 colors. I was planning on doing a couple screens.

Anyway, it did get me to do a face portrait. A HUMAN face portrait. Seriously, how often do I do that? Check my gallery and you tell me. I'm fairly proud with how it came out, considering I did't use a reference (aside from a quick glance at a photo of some Power Metal singers to get a hairstyle).

I feel it looks like a girl with beard at the moment - however, it could just be me.

The hair is really nicely rendered.

It's an unusual face, with both childish and adult features. I really like the texture you give to hair.
