This is my first "finished" work, crits and/or advice very welcome! I was inspired by the eBoy - portrait styles, but didnt use any references.

You should read a bit about AA. Not only the eyebrows require some, but the chin's AA is plain wrong (especially right part). The beard could be simple dithering, right now it looks dirty. The eyes are too far from eachother. The nose can use some inner shadow on the left part, right now it looks flat.
