Please make backgrounds transparent whenever possible, k. Use iaza.com or download giffy from the FAQ or links page (Do a search, I don't recall where it is). The background here serves no purpose and since its not even all the way around its not a design choice. If your reason is the girl's earring then chnage the color of those to light blue, you bum :p
Sometimes you pixel well (like here) and other times you pixel sloppy. Its tough to know with you, and I'm beginning to think that when you are being sloppy (from now on) we should just send your work back to keep you focused or whatever it takes to help you keep yourself in check.
You have been pixelling long enough now that technique and more control should be showing...I dunno, maybe you're a tad lazy?
