and as far as anatomical critique: ears are too high, chin is absent, cranium is too small/short, cheekbones are rather large. these are problems that your avatar doesn't seem to have (the only problem they seem to share is the skinny neck- should flare out at the bottom as it meets the trapezius muscles), so I assume this was just rushed
