Because of their saturation, the red and blue burn holes through the image plane. The hair looks nice though. I'm not sure about the resemblance -- I don't think I would've recognized the comedian without your title.

É, realmente não tá lá muito parecido com o Jim Carrey, acredito que seja por causa do nariz e do tamanho da testa e do cabelo dele.

Your palette is great, I don't think this will disqualify you from 16 color contest.

the aa between the figure and bg (orange against the purple shirt, the blue in the hair) isn't working, kinda punctures the image. as far as likeness goes, the lines that form at the corners of the mouth during smiles would help if added (imo), and maybe squintier eyes.
