acrually PAL tv sets has another feature that most of c64 pixeler exploited which is called PAL color blending. It allows to get new "pseudo" colors by mixin line by line colors of the same luma... tricky but it works. it works on PAL tvs not on moder monitors thou

Manupix: The thing is that you should watch this picture on real hardware. The dithering actually works pretty well on a TV set or older monitor.
I actually love dithered stuff like this, I know it's weird but I do. Definate fave here!
