In my opinion Pixel Art in its great variety of ways, for me this is one of the most difficult ways.

So for me I made my first "Pixel Art".

Who are you to say what pixelart is supposed to be?

I LIKE MY COWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!! PIXEL ART IS MEANT TO BE LOW-BIT SPRITES NOT PAINTINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(venting) Anyway I like your piece, especially the background, just work on defining the arm from the body a bit more.

But the clouds at the top could be cleaned up a little more. And I agree with cure about the moon.

moon stands out too much,  probably due to overlapping a cloud and having that outline around it. otherwise nice work, if a little late :P
