I wasn't very inspired, but i wanted to do something... here's the pixel flower, a plant that grows like little cubes. The blue and red lights are spores, on their way to make other pixel flowers appear.

Great! The only (tiny) thing I'd critizise is the high-contrast blue reflection of the blossom on the leaves... but I guess you didn't want to use any extra colours just for that.
