For this weeks challenge. I really like the overall style. Yes it's a mock-up, it's not against the rules, and I just like drawing 2d side-view more than top view. My 1st decent piece submitted so tell me what you think :D

No idea why. I sampled all my colors from the palette they gave out.

Well, it doesn't seem to be using the correct palette according to the challenge checker.

This look any better? I tried to give a 2d video game feel to it, not sure how much I succeeded. Any advice for future artwork?

I think you can still put a lot more effort into this. There's ages before the challenge ends.
