I felt reminded of a webcomic I read a couple of years ago. "Sniper", I believe.

That's a pretty sweet cartoonish/noir look. It makes me think of the Tracer Bullet sequences in Calvin and Hobbes for some reason. 

The perspective seems slightly off with the left eye behind the glasses, though, unless I am reading the image wrong?

Nice cartooning style. I especially love the lines of the hands. Looks really perfect. The shading is a really cool feature as well.
