The angle on the legs seems really wrong; it looks more like she's tripping and falling than curtseying. The face is nicely done, though I do question the shading on her bun - it looks more like an ice cream scoop than hair.

Yeah, the knees are too high up and the overall balance could use some work. I guess that's what I get for making the dress before the body structure.
