I like the color limitations. It really makes the image more clear.
Looks sweet! I'm guessing the sillouetted arm and leg are part of the stylization, I've seen it used elsewhere. Not sure if it adds much here, or makes much sense lighting wise, but I dig it anyway. Minor nitpicks like that asside, she comes together pretty nicely as a character!
Nice face, and really nice colors, but the back leg and arm are way too given how clearly lit the rest of it is, and I agree that clear hand positions would be a good idea.
Don't be lazy and keep on hiding the hands in your pictures. In cartooning hand position and gestures are very important for creating a character with personality and depth. For example, a single hand gesture with different positions relative only to the wrist can give very different effects.
Great colors, great technique...the arms just don't read/make sense to me and the shadow areas are a bit off (back leg to shorts).
Im really diggin yoru style here, and I enjoy the way your anatomy works
I always try to use as few colors as possible. In this character I used eight =D
Awesome! I love your stuff.
I agree with the former crits; also I don't really understand what happens with her left arm. Is the hand tucked in a pocket?
My comments on your previous piece also apply: I like the thick outlines but they might gain from some unevenness and better inside AA.
Your style is unique and bold. I like it a lot. The only thing I could recommend is maybe moving her right arm (our left) out and up a little bit at the elbow.
Really cool piece. The leg and arm don't make much sense to me as far as light goes. They're too dark right now. Maybe they should be as light as the shade on her left side of her clothing are now. It almost looks as though someone is behind her at this point.Or you could even color it like the rest of her. Would read better!
But really like the character design!
Cute, although that green lightning on her pants is weird. How come you made it green??
