because the artist hasn't responded regarding the bg. if it's justified that's fine, we just need to know that it is. mods have discussed it though and it might be ok with the bg, regardless of artist's intent.
But it does, totally. I honestly don't see why this is not yet in. 
might need to make the red bg transparent if it doesn't serve a specific purpose
Well, it doesn't have an specific purpose, but I liked to add it so the image looks more intense.
