I think it's pretty cool. Sure, it doesn't look real, but it appears bulbous and has a nice comical feel.

It looks like a horrible case of pillow shading...
I don't think it looks real at all, or I'm just not seeing it, because it looks kinda ugly.

I really don't like it, but at least one perso does so far...

Actually, no. I had a balloon sitting across the room from my computer, and I used that as reference. Thanks for the comment ^_^
