This is gigantic, it's a bad idea to make pixel art at this size (particularly if you're new to pixelart). The amount of detail seen here can be done in a sprite like 1/8th the size of this.
Referencing is important. If you don't give credit to your sources it's classed as plagiarism, which is highly frowned upon in the art world. Also, I like it, but it is really big...A bit too big imo...
