Edited the lower outline and (very) small parts of the hair. I think the eyes are fine tho.

Also managed to lower the color count to 16, at the expense of making the shoes brighter. 

The face needs more work: the lower outline is rough and broken, and the eyes look somewhat random. However the expression is good, thanks to the simple mouth I think.

this looks good, but with some more work on colors and some technical refinements this good be REALLY good... better if it was ur original design tho ;D
