Nicely done. The head feels a little out of place. Maybe it's just too far to the right, but it makes me want to fiddle with it.

The water is awesome. But the body mostly moves as one rigid piece, this kills it somehow.

You might keep her body still, and just move the hair and cloth as if from wind.
