For the Commodore 4 challenge only White, Grey, Blue, and Purple from Ptoing's Palette. Took way longer than it should've (probably because of all the dithering) and I'm not too happy with the water but overall im pretty happy. It was hard to get overly detailed with this picture given the color choices. In case for some reason you can't tell, its basically like an Arctic style ocean with glaciers.
