I don't, actually. As this is rock with a rocky texture, not something else with inexplicably rocky texture. I dislike the practise of 'shape bluffing'.
Love how the silhouette integrates into the ground. Also love all the adorable shapebluffing :D
The muted tone would make this a great wallpaper or a bg for a demo.
Really awesome. "Not to have died, but to have never existed" reminds me of Doctor Who. :D
this is so beautiful, your deffinatly going to win lol. have my vote, i could stare at this for hours
Please. Quoting a 2004 release by Mayhem?
At those who reminded us of another age
And told that hope was away forever
We heard elvensong and water that trickled
What once was is now away
All the blood, all the longing and pain that ruled
Are away forever
We are not dead
We have never lived"
However this is not directly an inspiration to this image.
Mayhem:
Youa re not dead
you never existed..
Like it very much of a lot.
this really well done. it's amazing how you melted the rock and the purple part :0 awesome!
By a long margin the best in the weekly so far. Great conceptually and nicely simple in it's execution.
astounding :O you made excellent use of the colors and of widepixels. Awesome job :)
Of the pieces submitted to the challenge so far, I definitely like this one the most O_O
You used extra colors in the preview piece! (Sneaky way to up the ramp without getting DQed (Disqualified for the contest lol.).. brilliant!)
Actually loved the font in that btw. Loved the art, this is my favorite entry so far. I love the design of the rocks, the cave art, the colors everything. Great job.
That is some nice use of 4 colours. I don't know what to make of it, but I am really liking the background.
This is probably one of the coolest things I have seen in a while. I love the use of the brown and the way you created that texture for the background. Its is quite detailed and overall lovely to look at. To me, I get that spraypaintt graftiti kind of feel. What a lovely piece. c:
Love the use of black.
Side note: Doctor Who reference?
on the one side....that hurts the ego to know that nobody will ever hear of you or know you...on the other side you'd be nothing...and that'd make you perfect, I mean how can nothing do "something" wrong? :p. I feel like I've heard these phrase before but never watched Doctor Who either....I wonder where...
