I agree with Frost Butt, it looks intentionally nonperfect. Gives the smileys a unique shape.They look great !

The face's line-art is pretty good, but  I agree with 2-D; the dithering and circles could definitely use some work.

Well those circles look poor, and they seem like they were made with the circle tool or something liek that.

1. Yeah, I guess it is a bit over-dithered. :\

2. Circle tool? What circle tool? I only used the pen tool and the fill tool for these.
