First time I've done a piece at this scale, t'was a ton of fun experimenting with shading styles on the wings/tail/beak. It was originally supposed to be hanging on a branch, but it looked kinda bland so I scrapped that idea :\ Colored in MS Paint, around 3 or 4 hours.

nice coloring of the overall piece, but the only thing that doesn't convince me is the eye... it looks like a mouth with teeth... ok, maybe it's just me :-D
