The one without a mouth is 'darker', more evil, the mouth gives a mischeivous look though which I like. It's a bit straight though, which might take from it, it looks flat, try (if you want) curving the mouth a little so it helps define the faces roundness/shape. Definitely on topic, love it, but +1 to those who will check twice next time they visit the loo.

@dumbo: It doesn't have the same meaning with or without it, imo.
The mouth highlights the fact that it's meant to be humourous.

Very funny. I would actually remove the mouth on this one. Just the eyes and hands I feel would flow better with the animation, and overall look here. Good stuff though.
