I think it's cool looking though the cannons could use some tweaking.

i'm sprry but i disagree with all of you.

Why do all pixel art pieces have to look the same? I think the shading is cool, because it is flat. This piece has a lot of personality, especially because it is a little different, And it is powerful because of the black outlines.

it is true that there is a little perspective problem, and maybe the pink cannons colud be a little reworked, but, otherwise i think it looks cool. I don't feel it is unfinished.

You can try to add coloured outline and AA. Also try to change the flat colouring. Draw some type of texture. Look at some Metal Slug big tanks.

 Add AA, the outline is jagged.

I any more don't know what to add)
