Maybe add some light flicker!! That would really bring this to life! Still, good job!

 I agree the animation should be a bit faster to make it look more natural.  But the colouring and shading is excellent.  Perfectly suited to the style.

This is so whimsical. :) The tail's animation could be smoother but I really like it.
