PIllow-shading is where things are shaded with darkest tones on the outside -> lightest on the inside. It's a really common mistake, and certainly not the worst I've seen ;)

Pretty cute... Bit of a shame the rainbow's curve isn't all that round.

 I don't know quite what you mean by pillow shaded (sorry im new), but i do get what your saying with the lines, I got my inspiration from an artist on dA, i was looking at the rainbow icon in this set Weather-Icons-181535917 and the way they did had lines, although I think i would like to make one without lines, kind of like here Rainbow-Cat-100600196 (the rainbow part obviously lol).
