Okay now I've fixed the animation. It was a pain in the arse to put together because it took 24 frames which I basically spent half an hour modifying for a good loop, but now its done. I've made a faster one but I think this looks good enough.
I'll keep the other one up just without the glowing because I don't know how to delete my posts on Pixel Joint.
I might try that, but combining them might be a bit more difficult. The hovering animation took five different frames to put together, and the glowing animation took four. I'd need to probably put a good amount of frames together to give this animation a good loop. I don't know if it would be that hard, but it would require a lot more frames if you do the math.
seems kinda redundant to have both in the gallery since the only difference is relatively subtle animations. maybe it's just me, but maybe you could combine them into a bobbing+glowing piece?
The head and clock could do with more contrast in their colours. Also, the lighting direction feels a bit inconsistant - it's clearly top-left on the head, but seems to be more from the viewer on the cloak and the background. I think it would look better with a top-left light for everything.
