Googled Imaged 'Punk Lolita' and dressed my furry OC Lolita up with the stuff I found. Well, a mixture of what I found.
._. Took me 3 hours or somethin'. I'm still just learning >_<
It's a little pixley since I didn't go back over the lace and metal lines to make them smooth, and the black lines over her dress are meant to be like lace. Underneath is drifiting, but ya can't see it.
Finnally, this was one of my first attempts at drawing something over 100x100 pixels, so I was unsure of how it would go. Mrruf, it's okay =/ | 
not enough contrast to see that there are multiple colors in the hair, just looks like 1 shade until you're at 4x. I think you've overused black outlines here, dithering as well
