I agree about the nose(less girl).
Also the shading is uneven: the girl's legs give a good idea of a light source, from highlights and cast shadows, but the boy's torso and both faces don't fit. At least the girl and both their arms should cast shadows on the boy, and his face being lowered should be darker than hers.

it's her nose area that really needs better definition. I can't tell whether she's supposed to have a nose or not.

Really? Her face looks fine to me. As for the heart, I'll take that into consideration, though it shows quite clearly on my screen.
I didn't even see there was a heart as it's quite hard to see on my dark blue theme and it just didn't appear to me to even be a heart when I did notice it I would use perhaps a skintone off one of the people on the heart to bring it out more. Besides 'purple heart' just makes me think of the military. I think the girl's face could use a lot of work. It looks a bit alien to me.

Really good job with this one. I like your choice to make the heart purple instead of pink, it fits the color scheme better and makes the piece overall seem that much more artistic. As does the choice to make all black clothing pure black, but all other parts of the picture shaded.
I also like the girl's hair. There are some spots that could use refinement, but overall it looks great.
