Interesting concept and execution. Design looks very old-school because of the steam engine-like design. Shading is a bit too soft for my taste though.

That`s (supposed to be) vehicle. Top unit designed to clear the way and build railroad. Middle unit is train itself. And bottom unit collect railroad for further use. "topside" because it has top view, side view and "train", well, because of railroad.
