With no character piloting it the animation looks wierd, especially with the main body of the bike so static - it should be 'rumbling' with the engine or the like. The wheels don't look finished, having a totally flat look compared to the rest of the bike frame. For such a big back wheel you could have gone wild and made a downward sloping bike with an interesting seating position, here it looks a bit bland and ordinary. The shape and style says 'badass' to me but the color scheme and lightning bolt dont quite. I would pummp the size of the skull on the front some and add a mud guard there maybe. The animated strings/hanging things suggest a very mild cruise speed, a more dramatic angle would befit a travelling vehicle. If the wheels were static they would look well for a gentle breeze. Hope to see more work on this, good steampunk potential.
