Here is an avatar I made in the style of A Link to the Past  to resemble myself.  Not a whole lot to say about the image other than A Link to the Past is one of my favorite games of all time and I needed an avatar so here is what I came up with.

It only took a couple minutes to make originally, but I accidentaly saved it as a jpeg and it completely screwed up the colours and everything.  I had to go back into it and basically redo the entire image, replacing the crappy discouloured pixels with the original design. 

I like that we can all agree a SNES (controller) is the greatest treasure that could ever be found in a chest.
