 just wanted to remake some old stuff of mine
pose is inspired (not traced or edited, just inspired) from some sprite of a samurai, i dont know where the hell he came from, i think is from some neo geo pocket game or something
the one from 2002 was from a rpg maker project i had back then

The 2010 is better in every single way. Better character, better technique, better structure and so on.  Plus it has an actual face.  I hate faces that are just eyes like on the 2002 one.  I don't see the point in just eyes on sprites bigger than 16x16 rpg sprites.
