I like the idea and the tree itself, but maybe if the pic was half the size, it would look better? Also if the tree wasn't straight in the middle, it would add tension to the composition. Keep up the good work!

 This is really interesting.  I like it.  I sorta dislike the outlines, though.

Are the dark dots around the branches intentionnal (insects??) or an artifact?

Also, no preview image.

I think the hills in the back could use some adjustments in the shading and the bones and trunks should be casting shadows right?
